Team members can expect a mix of on-site, in-shop, and in-office responsibilities, along with learning multiple aspects of the business so we can support one another effectively. No prior experience is required—we provide hands-on training.
Positions are currently part-time, up to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. No weekend or holiday work. Compensation is based on experience, and benefits will continue to expand as our company grows.

ROLES WITHIN OUR COMPANY INCLUDE:
Design Assistant – Provides organization and day-to-day support across the business, with a focus on the showroom experience, client communication, and administrative tasks. This role helps keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manages phones, emails, calendars, and social media
- Welcomes and assists showroom visitors
- Maintains product libraries, displays, notes, and files
Design Specialist – Supports efficient project execution with a focus on pre-construction planning, design development, and project coordination. This role helps keep projects running smoothly while implementing improvements.
- Develops layout plans, design models, and material palates
- Orders, tracks, inspects, and stages project materials
- Manages project photos, documentation, and scheduling
Build Assistant – Provides hands-on support on the jobsite, with a focus on completing project tasks safely and efficiently. This role provides assistance while keeping a clean, organized work environment.
- Prepares tools and materials for daily tasks
- Assists with demolition and installation work
- Maintains jobsite cleanliness and organization
Build Specialist – Provides skilled craftsmanship and jobsite leadership, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient project execution. This role is responsible for delivering quality results while guiding workflow and implementing improves.

- Identifies and solves on-site challenges with practical solutions
- Contributes to improving processes, techniques, and overall efficiency
