Scott’s Kitchen & Bath is a design-build remodeling company. We provide a comprehensive approach—handling the pre-construction design, managing the project according to those design specifications, and completing the construction itself. Our single-source approach turns a vision into reality, backed by continual communication, professional-grade quality, and tidy jobsites.

1. Connect With Us
How can we help you?
When you reach out, we’ll ask a few simple questions to determine whether your project aligns with our kitchen and bathroom remodeling services. Our goal is to ensure we’re the right contractor to meet your needs before taking the next step.
If your project falls outside our service area, involves rental properties, group homes, or public works, we won’t be the best fit. We believe it’s important to be upfront so you can quickly find the right team for your project. If you’re unsure of your project fit — please don’t hesitate to contact us.

2. Free Phone Estimate Consultation
How to prepare
To prepare for a productive free consultation, please text or email two photos of your project area: one close-up and one showing the surrounding space. We also ask that all decision-makers join the call, so we can gather everyone’s input, answer questions, and provide the best solutions with an accurate estimate.
What to expect
We’ll review the photos ahead of time, then call you with follow-up questions and a rough estimate—based on our years of kitchen and bathroom remodeling expertise. For many clients, this quick overview is enough to start budgeting or decide next steps.
Your Takeaway
By the call’s end, you’ll have all the details needed to confidently choose if we’re the right partner for your remodel.

3. Pre-Construction Design
Where Every Project Begins
Pre-Construction Design bridges the gap between a homeowner’s vision and the contractor’s execution of that vision. It transforms ideas into a clear, buildable plan—reducing uncertainty and setting the stage for a successful remodel.
What is involved?
- Scope/Goals/Priorities
- Functionality Needs
- Budget/Timeline
- Layout Changes/Rendering
- Evaluating Materials for Quality & Fit
- Site Assessments
- Licensed Trades Input
- Lead Paint Considerations
- Building Code Compliance
- Permits
What are the benefits?
- Cost Savings – Identify opportunities & address potential issues upfront
- Timeline Efficiency – Developing construction schedule
- Risk Reduction – Help eliminate surprises & allow homeowner to plan for temporary needs during construction
- Clear Communication – Builds confidence and clarity, which reduces stress, avoids miscommunication, and ensures the desired end result
How is it used?
By the conclusion of the pre-construction design phase, we will have an outline of the remodeling specifications, detailing the layout, materials, finishes, and any special selected requirements.
This information serves as a guide to help communicate the expectations and desires for the project, ensuring that all parties involved—including contractors, project managers, architects, interior designers, and suppliers—have a clear understanding of the intended outcome.
By documenting these specifications in advance, this process helps minimize misunderstandings, supports accurate budgeting and scheduling, and provides a reference point for decision-making throughout the project.

4. Construction
After Pre-Construction Design, we transition seamlessly into the construction phase.
Construction Kickoff
We handle all prep work upfront: securing permits, coordinating specialty trades (like electricians and plumbers) per the project timeline, ordering and inspecting materials, and delivering your finalized schedule with exact workdays in your home.
Step-by-Step Workflow
The core remodeling sequence includes:
- Demolition to remove select elements.
- Framing and leveling for structural accuracy.
- Rough-ins by specialty trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Required inspections for compliance.
- Insulation, drywall work, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and final fixture installation.
Daily Communication
Each day, we’ll call with our arrival time and greet you at the door to review the day’s plan. When we are finished for the day, we’ll provide you a quick update on the progress and preview the next day’s steps—keeping you fully informed with real-time details so you know exactly what is happening in your home.
Final Walk-Through
As completion nears, we’ll schedule a joint walkthrough so you can confirm everything matches expectations before we wrap up.
“This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Erin was professional and has an eye for detail. I looked forward to meeting with her every time…it was fun! Scott is an amazing finish carpenter. He is precise and takes care. I absolutely love our end product.”
5. Follow Up
A few weeks after you have been using your remodeled space, we’ll give you a quick follow-up call.
Performance Check
We will ask how everything is performing and address any concerns promptly.
Care Tips
We will ask if you have any question about the maintenance and care of your new surfaces. It is important to not only sanitized, but to also maximize your investment!
Your Input
As always, we ask our customers to share constructive feedback on our service—we truly value it. Plus, we invite them to reach out to us in 4-6 months for a complimentary check-in on their new kitchen or bathroom.
