Scott and Erin Heitstuman, Co-Managing Members (CMM)

Scott has called the Uniontown/Colton area home for more than 50 years. Over 30 years ago, he purchased his first house in Uniontown, where he still lives today—though it’s seen plenty of changes through the years.

After earning his certification in welding from Lewis-Clark State College, Scott worked several years in the trade before joining Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in Pullman, Washington. During his 28 years at SEL, he held many roles but became especially known for his precise fit-and-finish craftsmanship in the fabrication shop. That skill inspired the name of his home improvement business, Scott’s Fix and Finish, which he launched in 2018.

As his passion gravitated toward kitchen and bathroom remodeling, Scott rebranded the business as Scott’s Kitchen & Bath. Today, he remains dedicated to delivering exceptional quality while continually raising the standard of what customers can expect from a remodeler.

Erin grew up in Michigan and earned her B.S. degree from Northern Michigan University. Shortly after graduating, she relocated to the area and met Scott while working at SEL. Over the next 21 years, Erin held a wide range of roles at SEL, spanning administrative and data compiling in Manufacturing to customer service and project management within Quality and Health & Safety.

Drawing on her strong organizational and project management background, Erin provides essential structure and oversight at Scott’s Kitchen & Bath. Her growing involvement in project pre-planning has been instrumental in shaping the company into a full design-build contractor team—helping clients make informed design decisions that align with their style, functionality, and budget goals.
